1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nano VPN service, website, or applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nano VPN Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is provided for lawful personal and business privacy purposes. You may use the Service to:

• Encrypt your internet connection to protect your privacy
• Access content that is legally available in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction you are connecting to
• Secure your connection on public Wi-Fi networks
• Bypass censorship in regions where lawful content is blocked

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit, distribute, or store material that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or other forms of network abuse
• Access child sexual abuse material or other illegal content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorisation from Nano VPN
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

6. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise Nano VPN to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated billing interval. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting support.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Simultaneous Connections

Your subscription permits use across unlimited devices simultaneously for personal use. You may not share your account credentials with individuals outside your household for the purpose of circumventing subscription fees.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, network conditions, and events outside our control may affect availability. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology comprising the Service are the property of Nano VPN Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our name, logo, or branding without express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nano VPN's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
