1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Nano VPN. That's why every new subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals and upgrades are subject to the standard refund terms below.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

2. Subscription Renewals

For automatic subscription renewals, we offer a 48-hour refund window from the renewal charge date, provided the account has not been used after the renewal. To request a renewal refund:

• Contact support within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
• Your account will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval.

To avoid unwanted renewals, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your account portal.

3. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law (e.g. EU consumer rights regulations). If you cancel mid-period, you retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The 30-day guarantee period has expired for first-time purchases.
• The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• The purchase was made through a third-party platform (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play) — in this case, refunds are governed by that platform's own policies.
• A refund has already been issued for the same account previously.

5. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased Nano VPN through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested directly through those platforms. Nano VPN cannot issue refunds for purchases made outside of our website.

6. Promotional and Discounted Plans

Subscriptions purchased at promotional prices are eligible for the standard 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund amounts will reflect the actual price paid, not the original list price.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
